I enjoyed the experience being able to work with 1ST lending. I have told so many family about the great opportunity I had.
Made things easy for us.
The service was very friendly. My emails were responded to the same day.
For the Hud 184 it would be nice to have a composed list of things that need to be done. Communication back and forth was hard at times. Pleasant to work with just didn't seem like we had that organization of face to face interaction.
My loan process took longer than I liked. I had to get use to just email communication. It was my forst time buying a house so definitely a learning experience for me. Adam was able to answer my questions right away and help ease my frustration....
