Everything was good only thing I disliked was Communication

Communication was not as good as it could have been. We were not informed up front regarding our appraisal having to be ordered by FTL so we ordered to get ahead, we were informed later that it could not be used so we had to pay again and wait...

The survey selection and survey took too long. There was an issue with the first survey selection so then had to search for another person and then get on his schedule.
