Abby went above and beyond, with each step, to ensure the buyers understood the process and were kept informed as the loan progressed. She is a great communicator and she and her team are stellar.
Everything was fine until towards the end of the process as it got closer to closing. Some of it was out of loan officer's control, but some of it such as being told various closing cost amounts and requests for several documents 1-2 weeks...

This was a long process due to changes in the location of the home lot being purchased. We all stayed in touch and were able to get the deal done in the end.
