Not much else you can ask for on a mortgage. He looked at our situation and worked the numbers best he could to get the best rate and terms so we didn’t need to get an appraisal, and signed closing docs in only a couple weeks.
Buying a new home is already stressful but during a Pandemic is even more stressful. Working with Aaron helped take our new Mortgage process stress away. Thank you Aaron!
