    Communication was lacking . I would ask a question and it could be several days before receiving a response. I had documents uploaded for several weeks and no action was taken by processor as she was on medical leave. The back up should have...

    Everything was smooth and easy. They helped us build our credit more by letting us know what we needed to pay or open a credit. Our realtor was great, very patient. Just too much paper to sign but overall everything was well explained.
