The process was extremely simple, I spent about an hour uploading documents for the pre-approval and then I never had to upload the documents again. The team kept me informed every step of the process and answered every question I had.

Two weeks out from closing I requested a change in the loan, which required Lisa and other members to accommodate me and ensured closing date did not change. It all worked out well and I’m very thankful.
