Everything was fine, Wish the appraisal process was better as the appraiser that was selected made multiple mistakes and put me in a bind with having to accept a higher rate and longer early payoff time.
From the first phone conversation with Malcolm to the finalizing of the loan, the whole process was easy and smooth!
