Kevin never picks up the phone, and there was not ample communication with Guild. Mysteriously, the week before closing my credit score dropped 50 points, and after promising better rates and an updated estimate, none of the paperwork was updated....

First experience purchasing a home. The team Kevin Jen and Heather were great! Patient with us and very detailed with explanations of what was needed.
