Kevin, and Guild Mortgage are AMAZING! Even with less than perfect credit they locked me in with a good interest rate, and the whole process was painless. I highly recommend.

Kevin never picks up the phone and there was not ample communication with Guild. Mysteriously the week before closing my credit score dropped 50 points and after promising better rates and an updated estimate none of the paperwork was updated....
