Quick response, and explaining everything in step by step about the process and any other information we asked for.
Disappointed with the mistake made in the CD as we were supposed to cover seller's transfer tax which was not calculated. We were informed less than 24 hours before closing that we needed to pay an additional $8000.

Jonathan Vitak is the President of Coastal Lending Group LLC. He entered the mortgage business after graduate school in the fall of 2004 and took a job working for a mortgage lender in Towson, MD. A year later he left the company to help setup a mortgage company and acted as a loan originator and managing partner. In 2008, Jonathan started Coastal Lending Group LLC with a vision of simplifying the mortgage process as well as adding transparency to the business. Jonathan has over 18 years experience in all types of mortgage finance. His day-to-day responsibilities include the overall management and marketability of the company. He is an active member of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals.
