From Coastal Leading group, I didn't much deal with John Vitak, I dealt with Tammy and Tammy made it happen. We spoke every day about the closing the loan, Tammy kudos to Tammy.
Jonathan and his team has been great and always available for any questions with prompt responses and always on top of the dcuments and providing with multiple loan options.

Jonathan Vitak is the President of Coastal Lending Group LLC. He entered the mortgage business after graduate school in the fall of 2004 and took a job working for a mortgage lender in Towson, MD. A year later he left the company to help setup a mortgage company and acted as a loan originator and managing partner. In 2008, Jonathan started Coastal Lending Group LLC with a vision of simplifying the mortgage process as well as adding transparency to the business. Jonathan has over 18 years experience in all types of mortgage finance. His day-to-day responsibilities include the overall management and marketability of the company. He is an active member of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals.
