No communication from your team to me during the transaction. I had to work all weekend to get the VA appraisal. No snese of urgency on your end. Very last minute clear to close and getting package to title company.
Vitak was responsive with the questions and helpful with the loan process

Jonathan Vitak is the President of Coastal Lending Group LLC. He entered the mortgage business after graduate school in the fall of 2004 and took a job working for a mortgage lender in Towson, MD. A year later he left the company to help setup a mortgage company and acted as a loan originator and managing partner. In 2008, Jonathan started Coastal Lending Group LLC with a vision of simplifying the mortgage process as well as adding transparency to the business. Jonathan has over 18 years experience in all types of mortgage finance. His day-to-day responsibilities include the overall management and marketability of the company. He is an active member of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals.
