I would not recommend this loan agency. They are the preferred lender for the subdivision, but had I known that they would be as difficult to work with, I would have gone with someone else even if I didn't get the credit.

Listens well to what you want in a mortgage. Smooth paperwork. Is there for you when asking questions. Would recommend for first time home buyers !!
