Easy access to reach Jon and he seemed to be very interested in answering my questions.
Jon was great and the process was nearly seamless. Only negative I'd say is the requirement to sign the closing paperwork physically and in person. I'm sure there's a legal requirement for it but it would be better online / digitally.
