Being able to have direct contact with Zachary Giambalvo( loan officer)that originated my refinance loan from start to finish and sometimes in between when i had questions.
He was thorough and made sure I understood everything he was doing.
he was very prompt with getting back to me with any questions I had and when title company was holding up my check at the end he was very helpful in getting it resolved.
