Easy process, had initial calls, then a waiting period, follow up about some needed documents, and then about 45 days later signing documents.
PHL did the same thing that most banks do...they make promises to get you into the application process and by the time you realize they can't deliver its too late to run your credit again without penalty. It took us over 4 months to refinance...
