We had a few hiccups at the beginning of the process and Zach made sure that everything worked out in the end.

Zach did everything he said he would. We had issues with others at Planet Home, poor quality,attention to details and follow through. However. Zach was a huge help. If he had not been supporting us, we would have walked away from our deal.
Mr. Giambalvo was in constant contact with me at all times, and when I urgently needed something answered, I could shoot him and email and he would answer quickly and/or have one of the Team Members reach out to me. Great customer service.
