Better process time and better communication. Zach was responsive and answered questions thoroughly but there were delays in processing and underwriting. There was a time delay due to being out of the office which could have been communicated....

Fast and great communication
Very upfront customer service
Easy process.
Zach was always made time to answer questions with sage advice.
The whole process was very long and stressful I would not do it again with Planet Lending.
The process was completed in a very timely manner. Zach was quick to answer back when I reached out and left a message. The entire thing was seemless from my end, much faster than I thought it would be.
The issues with correcting the lien. I’m had to repeat the same information over way too many times.
