Zach was transparent about the process. He made what was a difficult process easy. The line of communication was the most important part in the process.
Over all a good experience.
Just took a little longer than expected.
But Zack and Alivia was very pleasant to work with.
Explained every step of the loan process and was very accurate of the timeline what was needed and when I would be closing on the loan
Excellent communication, turnaround time, and a knowledgeable staff.
