The professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the process
Good guy did a good job
Was unable to reach Zachary when I had questions. I reached out multiple times and never received a response. To get a hold of someone he worked with, I played phone tag with 3 different people. Shouldn't have been as difficult as it was.
We would like a phone call regarding the misinformation given and the profound lack of communication. We are very disappointed with this company because of this experience. Thank you.

If it wouldn’t have taken twice as long as everyone else’s. Or if I would’ve been answered by Evelyn when I sent messages and phone calls. Some basic questions would get asked five times so it makes you feel like you’re not really being listened...
