Zach did a great job responding to my questions and explaining everything. He made everything easy to understand.
Everybody communicated very clearly and made the process very easy!
More communication. felt in the dark at times and called to check in. Would have appreciated more and frequent updates from bank.
The process was simple and convenient as I am on the road 95 percent of the time.
