Zachary explained process. He was quick to respond to concerns, returning calls and emails promptly. He also walked me through tech process which is sometimes difficult for some who are older.😊

Zach was raised in a military family and grew up on military bases both stateside and abroad. After being stationed on Fort Knox, his father retired making Kentucky his permanent home.
