The whole experience had plenty of bad moments but it had nothing to do with Zach. He always communicated within a reasonable time and helped us get through this experience even when it seemed it would never happen.
Zach Emdee did a very nice job.

Zach was raised in a military family and grew up on military bases both stateside and abroad. After being stationed on Fort Knox, his father retired making Kentucky his permanent home.
