Overall Great Experience!
Zachary was very easy to work with. I would rate him individually as great. However, the coordination to complete disclosures and close the refi with others involved seemed unorganized.

Closing took over 6mo despite all information being provided upon request. Multiple changes in processors. Questions had to be answered multiple times. I wish I had cancelled two months onto the process. I will and have already advised friends...

Zach was raised in a military family and grew up on military bases both stateside and abroad. After being stationed on Fort Knox, his father retired making Kentucky his permanent home.
