Zach was very pleasant and he was great to deal with. There was a mistake at the end which made this a little less than perfect. All was fairly pleasant and Zach is a professional person.
Overall Zach answered my questions in a quick and timely manner. working with him and Sonja made it a great experience.
Answered all my questions throughout the entire process and gave me some advices and his own opinions as well with the options that were available which also helped me with decision-making.
My experience was great because my whole process from the application to approval went smoothly. Even the minor things that was found in the walkthrough were remedied very quickly.
