Due to Kevin's efficiency, we were able to have the loan processed sooner & move in quicker than we expected. The website/app was easy to navigate and the emails were great reminders.

Outside of a few communication gaps, the overall process was effective and very user friendly. No complaints on my end. However, my wife on the other hand may have a different experience.
