Yoav was able to use the appraisal I received and made it work in my favor. He really helped me a lot and his team were very respectful and honest with me.
Very fast and on top of everything. Very pleased with how everything turned out.
There were some issues with the original realtor that Yoav handled in a professional and impressive manner.
I asked millions of questions and he was patient throughout.
The final closing instructions were unclear/incorrect. In the instructions it stated I had 3 days after closing to wire the funds but the title agency required the funds at the time of closing. I had to scramble to get to the bank and get the...
