I have used Waleid on 3 loans and I would never use anyone else.
Very knowledgeable in the industry. Did not try to pressure me into anything in particular just illustrated the facts and allowed me to make the decisions. However, would be very qualified to assist with a decision making roadblock.
Walied is great to work with. He's always available to answer questions and extremy knowledgeable. Mostly you just feel he has total control of the process start to finish making it a worry free transaction.
