The closing was delayed a number of days with issues that should have been resolved prior to closing!!
All my questions were answered and the process was easy.
The whole process was as simple as it could be. Communication was constant, when we had questions, it seemed like someone was available and a notary even came to our house for the signing.
You have outstanding personnel who kept we well informed. I could tell that they were really working for me to get the loan.
Blake was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made everything so easy to understand when I had been given so many confusing answers elsewhere. He was able to get us the lowest rate with even less cost compared to any other lender we talked...
