Very smooth process with this company
The team is close knit and focused on making sure all things are considered for families building dreams!
Being clearer on when to lock rate and also talking about a long term rate lock right out the gate. Communicating better and keeping the borrow in the loop more.

Thanks so much for the feedback Aaron. As you know this year the rates have been volatile and unpredictable. I am thankful that we did end up doing the long term lock to keep your rate from going higher, but I understand the rates are disappointing....
