The team was extremely responsive and kept us updated a long the way. Turning in documents was super easy. The ladies would even take the time to call and get what they needed from my banks and jobs when I didn't have time.

There was some lack of communication when asking about different loan options with our situation. We were told we would be hearing back but never did until just before preparing to close. Other than that it was a good experience.
