Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout each phase of our process. We started out with a lot of visions for what we wanted and he helped us achieve it and not be house poor.

Jay was knowledgeable and a great communicator.
Jay's communication is always on point. His ability to convey the numbers to buyers in a detailed and understandable way is wonderful. Jay works long hours and should take more time off work.
