Always available, and great at explaining the entire process. It was our first home purchase and without his extraordinary efforts it wouldn’t have happened.
I can’t thank him enough.
Mr. Blackburn is a great communicator. Mr. Blackburn always let us know our options and was extremely efficient in our loan process. We have used Mr. Blackburn twice for our financing and will continue to do so in the future.
The whole experience was great, start to finish. Communication doesn’t get much better. This was our second time working with Mr. Blackburn, and it won’t be our last.
