No stress, easy and friendliest customer service
I had been working with another lender and had been locked for 105 days with no closing. They closed in under 3 weeks, and a lot of that time was spent with them waiting for me.
Everyone was very nice and informative. They took the time to answer all my questions in a very fast and timely manner.
Either give me one check to pay off my debt with online banking or send the send the checks directly to my lenders so I don't have to deal with nine different checks and wait for USPS to deliver them.
Everyone I worked with were extremely helpful and professional. William and Shirley were friendly and kept me informed about each step.
Better understanding of communication and not taking as long as ours did. But overall good.
