Anytime I had a question, I was able to call and someone was always there to help me. They were patient and kind. Never made me feel stupid even though this was a new process for me
I appreciated the clear, quick and concise communication I received as well as the amazingly quick completion of the various steps involved in finalizing our mortgage.
