Everything was done in a timely manner, and was very helpful with questions.
Very patient and helpfull , we us ,first time buyers . Always returning phone calls and e-mail . if not sure of the right answers. And make themselves available for any inquiry that we had . There are awesome . Thank you so much .
More personalized when I was having difficulty getting certificates that were needed . It was out of my control. Some people there were not very understanding. That is my only complaint, but it was very irritating to me.
Very helpful & always available to talk to answer any questions or concerns. Made the loan process extremely easy.
