Better communication and understanding….
Communication was easy. If we had questions they got answered. The overall process was honestly pretty easy which made it nice

Anytime we needed an answer, we got one in a timely manner. William worked very hard to get the approval we needed from the VA. He went to bat for us, analyzing all our options. The staff was always patient and kind when we called.
