The amount of communication and ease of doing business. The process was not stressful at all and the Fairway app helped tremendously with sending documents!

It took a long time. We were very prompt getting all required documents, but had to resubmit a lot of it because the process lasted over 60 days. We were also told that we should close in about a week for over a month.
William and his staff were amazing in helping us achieve our goal of purchasing a home. He took the time to explain every thing every step of the way. We can’t wait to start moving and making our new home ours! Thank you!
