William Ward and staff person Shiela made it great.
The only way it could be better is if didn't have to do all of the signing and etc on the computer. This is very hard on Senior Citizens. however, with the pandemic we realize that this is not possible.
I would to sincerely thank William and team members Nichole and Ryan. Any and all of my questions were answered quickly and everything was accurately explained. Top notch service and extremely easy.
