Kieron was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the process and quickly responded to my questions, making sure I was informed throughout the process.
It seemed everyone was thrown off by the sellers credit for the issues found during the inspection that happened 3 months prior and had to be settled by the attorneys the day before closing. Should have been handled way before closing.
