Promptly answered all questions I had, and made the whole process as easy as possible.
Excellent service and process!
The process went quickly and Mr. Middleton kept me updated on any changes that were taking place and locked my rate immediately. The closing date take place within 30 days from start to finish.
The process was fast.
The process wasn't that bad. We could email everything we needed. Also William was available in the evening which was great for us because we both work day shift.
Quick to close and great service
Mr Middleton was the main reason we stuck with the frustrating procedures required for our loan. He was very patient and understanding and pleasant to deal with. He patiently guided us until the end!!!
