    The whole lending team did not communicate with one another. We were told to upload documents and when we did other members of the team would call and ask for them again. He would hardly let you get a word in when you would talk to him. Constantly...

    Everyone at NFM Lending was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The re-financing process was as seamless as possible. Everyone was very prompt in responses to questions as well.

    Bill did our first mortgage when we moved to New Jersey. He watched for a lower rate and refinance our home just recently. Great experience good service good rates and enjoyable to talk to on the phone. I would recommend him to anybody.

    I think everything went well having to upload all pur documents ourselves was a bit overwhelming and sometimes things got lost in communication maibly through email, but things always got fixed quickly. I was happy they were able to move up...
