Reed was great to talk with and was able to provide the necessary information and provide good answers to my questions.
The process of doing all of it on line, was challenging. Something we’re just not used to. We were thankful everyone was helpful and patient.

Reed was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience dealing with him with the exception of having to pay a loan lock extension fee. Builder did not get home done in a timely manner .
