Professional and proficient
We recommend him, he is a pleasant person and attentive to the needs of his clients.
Needs to be more proactive in maintaining the different parties in the transaction informed of whats going on with the file. Requesting an extension at 3pm the day of the closing is not Good business practice nor professional.
