We could ask any questions, & they were promptly answered. We never felt we were being "talked down" to. William was great, I always knew I could call & ask him anything about getting the new loan. He was so helpful.
William was awesome from beginning to end. To out it simple, he has the most calming voice ever, it was like talking to an old friend. When I have a concern and he say "I'll take care of it or don't worry about it " that's exactly what he meant....
