Open and honest communication, particularly on timeline and knowing exactly where you are in the process. Excellent customer service.
Everything was easy to do. Online system made it easy to complete, sign, and upload documents to keep the process moving. William was very good at keeping the lines of communication open and answering our questions quickly.
