Lisa us numbers in the beginning that were incorrect leading us to have to take out more money to pay off debt. Also,, due to error on her part she cost us a day on locking our rate which chnaged changed from a 6..25 to a 6.5.Communication...

This is the WORST experience we have ever had with a lender. The lack of knowledge and manipulation done by this company was unprofessional. Reena locked in our rate without asking us if we wanted to be locked in. Tiffany refused to reply to...

Loan changed many times and what I wanted wasn't close to how it ended up. I was surprised at closing with money due. It just left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Lots to sign without direction. Not sure I would do it again.
