William was always responsive to my questions and my crankiness... Under these unprecedented times he was always calm and reassuring of the process. Very pleasant to work with from beginning to end.
William Koumparis and his team were on point. Any questions that I had through out the process were answered in a timely manner and were always answered. Not once did I feel like him and his team didn't know what they were doing.
Overall we had a very good experience with William. He was slightly lacking in communication but he was very nice and knowledgeable in regards to our refinance.
The process started in October, we are still not finished with receiving our money from the lender, the lack of confident answers made my wife and I uneasy throughout the process. If I could do it all over again I would utilize a different...
