Bill was extremely knowledgeable and professional!! He made this otherwise difficult process as painless as possible. I am self-employed which creates additional challenges; Bill anticipated and addressed the underwriter's concerns.
There was a lot of humps and bumps to get this approved but Bill never stopped trying. With all the staff that worked on this ordeal I finally got to where I could breathe again.
