Bill was prompt with every house offer that we made and assured us that we would get into a house. He was very informative and gave great advice.
Not Bill fault....however the process is too long. The process has much more paperwork then every before there is this constant verification process and back and back up of documents. There need to be a more streamline process and less paperwork....

The loan did not close on time but all parties were relieved it only went a week late due to the challenges that were presented that were out of Bill's control.
It was a smooth transaction. I never had to call for anything I was given updates as things were happening and getting completed.
You people are great. Am glad to meet you people. I will always refer some people to you too. Thanks you for the jobs well done.

-Better communication with the title company (ie. HOI updated insurance numbers)-Doing complete employment verification prior to getting close to closing date-Requesting updated financials or info giving at least 24 hours to provide instead...
